1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Poweroff, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Poweroff is a cloud infrastructure management tool that helps you save money by automatically powering down and starting up cloud services on schedules you define.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Ensuring that schedules you configure are appropriate for your use case
  • Understanding that powering down services will make them unavailable
  • Configuring production environments appropriately (we recommend not scheduling production)

4. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or failures to power on/off services as scheduled.

5. Limitation of Liability

Poweroff is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue from service unavailability.

6. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
